If you need to change your
personal details on your domain/site then open the web page
http://<Your_domain>/personal. If your domain was itwillbealright.co.uk
then the web site would be http:/www.itwillbealright.co.uk/personal and then
login with your user name and password.
Any password resets should
be directed to the administrator of the domain you are on. If you do not have
an E-mail for the domain administrator then send your request to support@abalonegroup.com.
The options under the
Personal menu are :-

the Email forwarding and/or your auto reply message. |

Usage Data |

Shows the amount of space
used on the Site for the storage of E-mails. If this is exhausted then you
will not be able to receive E-mails. |

Backup |

This gives you a tool to
backup your personal Web site area (This is normally http://<Your_Domain>/~<User_name> Don’t miss the “~” ). The backup downloads
to your PC and you are responsible for your site information/pages. |

Restore |

This is the restore option
for the backup above. |
FTP connection to the server
If your Domain administrator
has given you the ability to FTP to your personal site area (http://<Your_Domain>/~<User_Name>)
then you will need to login either via command line FTP or via a windows ftp
tool like filezilla, sendtoFTP or smartFTP. If you are a user then the WEB
area will be under the directory Path /web.
If you have a site
administration User then the Main site will be under /web and your personal
site will be under /users/<User_Name>/web. This is a good place to test
your Web site before copying it to the main site (/web directory).
Editing the Site admin settings
If you are the administrator
of a domain hosted on one of Abalone Group sites you can enter the
administration screen via http://<Your domain>/siteadmin. The example for
the itwillbealright.co.uk would be http:/www.itwillbealright.co.uk/siteadmin.
Any issues with the site
admin login should be directed to support@abalonegroup.com

Usage Statisics
The Domain Statistics can be

you will need your site administrator user name and password to view them.
